24/7 Live Answering Service
Mid-State Communications answers your calls with your business name, just as if we were in your office.  Our professional operators will take messages and give out information to your clients and other callers when you're short-staffed, during lunches or meetings, after hours, or 24 hours a day.

 

Web Based Scheduling/Calendars
Mid-State Communications offers you a WEB-enabled appointment calendar.  We can answer your phone and book appointments when you can't.  Your calls can be forwarded to our call center and we will answer the phone the way you would.

We can book appointments on your calendar and send you and the customer a confirmation email.  If the caller wants to leave a message, we'll place it in an email and send it to you.  If needed, we can send an email reminder(s) to all parties involved whenever you want.

You can access your messages and work with your calendar anytime you want from your office or from a Web connected palm pilot, cell phone, or lap top.

 

Order Entry
Let Mid-State be your entire order department.  Our Customer Service Representatives will take product orders, capture credit card information and answer questions for your callers.

 

Receptionist Services
If you are looking for a reliable and accurate method for processing and tracking employees' calling out for work, Mid-State Communications' Employee Reporting Service is the answer.

How does it work?

An employee calls in to say he or she will be late for or absent from work.  Our Customer Service Representative answers in your company name and gathers the specific information you need (employee name, shift, reason for absence, requesting a family medical leave of absence, etc.)  Caller ID inserts the telephone number the employee called from, and the call is date and time stamped.  In fact, the actual conversation is voice recorded for future reference.

As soon as the call is completed the "call out" information is faxed, e-mailed, recorded into voice mail, or dispatched to a shift supervisor.  You determine the delivery method that is best for you.

This service can be extremely helpful in dealing with employee conflicts.  All "call out" information is documented in our computerized system.  If it becomes necessary we can provide extensive documentation and an audio copy of the call out conversation with the employee.

 

Event Registration
Special events or meetings can mean a sudden influx of calls that interfere with normal business.  Forward your calls or publish a special number supplied by Mid-State Communications for those calls.  Our Customer Service Representatives will handle the rest.  Your attendees will love the convenience (they can call at any time), and you will appreciate the accuracy and efficiency.

 

Wedding RSVP's
Many brides and grooms have discovered how easy, convenient, and accurate it is for their invited guests to RSVP by simply calling a telephone number.  Mid-State Communications provides local and 800 numbers for guests to call.  All calls are answered in the Bride and Groom's names, and guest responses can be emailed or faxed on a daily basis.  Responses are also available for down loading into any wedding planner.  Our RSVP service will cost less than purchasing the traditional response cards and return postage.

 

Voice Mail
Voice Mail is available separately or as a perfect add-on to live answering.  You can use voice mail to screen your calls and provide callers with immediate, critical information - but still give them access to one of our professional operators.  Voice Mail can also be used as a privacy option to leave a message, after a live answer by one of our customer service representatives.
